Members Who we are and what we do! The E.B.P.A. came into being some 26 years ago with the aim of being an active lobbying body that could react more quickly than the existing multi-layered administrative bodies. Currently we are in a state of re-invention. The World Bowls Tour (P.B.A.), formed from the foundations laid down by the EBPA many years ago, has made our original aims and objectives less necessary and we are now concentrating on presenting high quality competitive tournaments, with good prize money, for those who want to test themselves against some of the best bowls players in the country. This year, as last year, our highly successful annual Masters event took place at the Bournemouth IBC. Next year we are planning to repeat the event and we are also looking at the possibility of promoting other events where opportunities arise. Watch this space! Our Tournament Organiser, Josh Hadfield is keen to receive ideas if you have anything in mind. No promises except to listen and seriously consider your input!
